One year later, Britain remembers Grenfell Tower fire, London's deadliest tragedy since World War II

Seventy-two people died after a ferocious blaze broke out at Grenfell Tower, a social housing high rise apartment block, on the night of June 14, 2017. A public inquiry into the tragedy is expected to last around 18 months.
